New Ownership for ToolHound™
March 28, 2008 – Edmonton, AB Canada. ToolHound™, the leading supplier of tool, equipment and material management systems, has been purchased by a group of current and former employees of VeriChip Corporation.
The group, operating under the name ToolHound Inc., includes Gary Bazil, VP Support Services, David Ball, VP Sales and Dean Perry as President. These three have over 30 years of experience with the ToolHound product line. Their goal is to provide the best products and services to the industry to enable ToolHound clients to get the most value out of their investment. In addition, ToolHound Inc. will support Habitat for Humanity by donating a percentage of all sales to the cause.
